My personal training is for people wanting to train towards better health & fitness. I can help you with your goals, whether they be running events, getting stronger, bettering your nutrition etc. I can be the accountability you need to improve and create long lasting habits in health. I can be the friendly coach to guide you through your physical health challenges. If you're considering joining the Armed or emergency Forces I can help you at a discounted rate.

45-60 min 1-1 Personal Training

Hypertrophy, Strength, Weight loss, Nutrition, Running training, ultra walking events. HIIT, Bootcamp, calisthenics, Weekly accountability.

£200 - 5x sessions block booking at park/ home training. 
£400 - 5x P.T. & 5x Massage Therapy (45mins) 

45-60 mins Couples workout with Matt.

Running, cardio, weights, calisthenics, Bootcamp, etc.

£POA - 5x Couples PT & Massage Therapy (45 mins)

Pre Armed Forces, Police Force, Fire Service and Prison Service entry (over 16s only)

Programmes to help you pass all fitness tests and 1-1 coaching.

£40 - discounted 1-1 training

T&C:

  • Initial health questionnaire must be completed and approved before we start.

  • Payment must be paid before training.

  • Matt has the right to refuse training on medical grounds.

  • Matt will offer reschedule appointment should the need arise. 48 hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel.

  • If taking on new fitness regime and you have any underlying health conditions you must seek doctors advice.
